Meiying graduated from Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2008 and was a MD in China. She worked in the Community Medicine Center and Fujian Provincial People’s Hospital as Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from 2008 to 2013.

Meiying has extensive clinical experience for specific health conditions such as nervous system diseases, gynecology/infertility, pain syndrome, post stroke rehabilitation, and internal medicine diseases.

Meiying uses a number of treatment options based on the patient's diagnosis. This may include a combination of herbal medicine and treatment modalities, such as acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, and tui na. Like acupuncture, Tui Na involves the stimulation of specific points of the body. Tui Na helps promote the blood circulation of the body, and enhances the qi blood supply. Tui Na uses Chinese massage and manipulation techniques. As a result, Meiying uses Tui Na to treat a variety of pain types, musculoskeletal syndromes, and digestive, respiratory and reproductive system disorders.
